Fedex 오배송(Wrong Delivery) - 내 택배가 아닌 경우(Not My Package)

안녕하세요.
며칠 전에 Fedex에서 집 앞에 택배를 놓고 갔는데 보니 우리 집 주소가 아니었어요. 이걸 어떻게 해야 하나 찾아봤는데 Fedex 고객센터에 문의를 하라고 되어있습니다.

fedex customer support에 접속하시면 아래 화면이 뜹니다. 혹시 핸드폰에서 접속하셨을 경우 아래로 쭉 내려가면 채팅창이 나와요

여기까지가 제가 fsdex customer center와 채팅한 내용입니다. 실제 사람이랑 하는 게 아닌 거 같고 이미 정해진 질문에 답하는 형식이니 걱정하지 마시고 운송장에 적여 있는 정보와 본인의 정보만 제대로 입력하면 됩니다.
 
조사하는 데 1~2일 business days 걸리고 그 이후 저한테 연락을 한다고 쓰여있네요. 제가 토요일에 문의를 했고 실제 픽업하러 방문한 날이 월요일이니 비즈니스 데이로 하루도 안 걸렸어요. 저한테 따로 연락이 오진 않았고 바로 방문하셨네요.
 
저희도 주문한 택배가 오기를 고대하면서 기다리다가 도착했다고 연락받았는데 실제 없으면 너무 허무하잖아요. 화가 나기도 하고 고심해서 고른 물품이 어디로 갔을지... 다시 받을 수 있을지도 걱정돼 고요. 진짜 어렵지 않으니 fedex에서 배송한 택배가 본인 거가 아니면 위와 같이 처리해서 다시 제 주인을 찾아갈 수 있게 해 주세요.
